or if the weather does not cooperate,
the event will be held in the dining room.

Sliced Beef Tenderloin served room temperature (MR)
with French potato salad, pickled asparagus



Jumbo Scallops (3) with pineapple, sweet pepper citrus glaze
Basmati rice, pickled asparagus (GF)



Vegetable Napoleon
Portobello mushroom, with layers of vegetables, red pepper puree (Vegan, GF)



Crêpes: Chicken, prosciutto and Gruyère, béchamel
